Having spent his career working primarily on large scale mixed use projects from design development thru construction administration, Mr. Walter has a strong understanding of both the design and construction aspects of the building profession.  A pragmatic architect, he takes pride in assisting colleagues in the production of well coordinated construction documents – they are key to a successful construction project.  Fred’s experience with code applications, project budgets and schedules, construction economies and liabilities, coordination of document disciplines with an emphasis on accuracy, and having a proactive attitude in dealing with both governmental agencies and contractors give him insights when reviewing plans — constructive commentaries that benefit both the owners of projects and the design teams.
