Mr. Gunter’s extensive hands-on experience in project management from the days of manual hand drawing production through CAD brings a practical approach to how a set of construction documents are put together.  His project type experience includes large retail/commercial and mixed use projects, K-12, universities, recreation facilities, airports, hotels and medical facilities.  He knows what contractors can easily get confused about in the field.  His innate 3-dimensional visualization skills catch many interferences that usually go unnoticed until a BIG problem occurs during construction.  His code analysis interpretations adhere to the bottom line — the safety of the occupants.
