Mateusz (Matt) Szlachetka
LEED AP / Mechanical & Plumbing Specialist
Mr. Szlachetka has over seven years of experience in institutional, commercial and residential HVAC and plumbing system design including Aerospace & Air Force facilities, prisons and hospitals. His thorough understanding of both constructability and code requirments related to these systems, coupled with his technical background in construction document production make him an instrumental part of our PC team. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the DOE Federal Energy Code, the California Title 24 Energy requirements and the new Green Codes — all of which have many architectural implications. Matt expertly cross checks between disciplines to ensure that the needed coordination has taken place. HVAC system functionality and efficiency are key to the success of a LEED certified building.
