Ms. Plahy tracks work through the firm with computerized schedules and integrates staff assignments with client deadlines.  With previous responsibility for projects as both the designer and the contractor on residential, commercial & institutional projects, Nichole’s experience has been indispensible for understanding how drawings and specifications must clearly delineate to the contractor both the design intent and the execution.  Her management (and proofreading) of fellow team members work results in a high quality project review, while achieving those review goals on time.  Nichole’s interest in green building and business practices has been responsible for utilizing technology to streamline PC Associates’ review processes without losing any of the staff interactivity unique to PC Associates’ methodology.
