Architect / On-Site Conditions Review & Constructability Specialist

Mr. Morawa came to PC Associates with 45 years of national and international experience in the construction industry and a reputation for rescuing troubled projects.  He utilizes tools such as value engineering, bidability reviews, phasing analysis, master scheduling and on-site troubleshooting for multiple conventional and fast track delivery methods.  Philip has provided these services for clients with those special out-of-the-ordinary needs.  Project type experience includes education facilities, airports, hospitals, performing arts centers, hotels, retail centers, high rise office and more.  While licensed as an architect, he spent many years consulting for large construction companies such as Peck-Jones in Los Angeles.  Philip’s strengths bring a much needed “reality check” to the process.
