PC Associates‘ fees for reviews are based on a combination of the construction budget, project type and the number of sheets of drawings in the set to be reviewed.

Our Guarantee
Most people are amazed at the thoroughness of our reviews – we do one thing and do it very well! We guarantee our Owner clients that they will save, at bare minimum, triple our fee in change orders that can be prevented. Our track record, however, shows an average cost/benefit ratio between 10:1 & 27:1. Many past clients have been pleased to use their contingency budget and/or bid savings for enhancements instead of fixing mistakes – a big plus for all parties involved, especially the local community. Since 1989, PC Associates has reviewed over 900 public and private projects – both new and modernization. A tight set of documents will also ensure that time delays during construction will be minimal and you can begin to use the much-needed facilities in less time than the industry norm.
