Code Compliance Plan Review

Code Compliance Reviews provide confirmation that all disciplines of the construction documents meet minimum requirements for fire and life safety, structural safety and accessibility.

Complete review of the plans and specifications using applicable adopted Federal, State and/or Local Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Codes shall produce an electronic report with space for responses by Design Team members accompanied by a marked-up set of documents indicating areas requiring additional information and clarification. Client shall receive document comments, itemized sheet by sheet, including suggested solutions to identified problems where appropriate.

All reviews are different, and we offers code compliance reviews, structural reviews, and building safety reviews unique to each project.
